Rental and Terms of Use

In case of any damage or wear to the extra materials you rent in the fairgrounds, the necessary information is provided to the company renting the product and the damage responsibility belongs to the relevant company. The responsibility for deformations in the products is the responsibility of the party that suffered the damage.

All our rental products are meticulously cleaned and packaged before the fair, so that they are ready for use at your next event. The care we show to our products distinguishes us from other companies in the sector and reflects our service quality. In order to avoid any mishaps, the products are always delivered clean and in their first-day condition.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are included in the rental prices. However, shipping costs may be requested for urgent orders or external orders. Before the product is delivered, the price offer form must be approved. After the offer form is prepared and approved by the customer, the products go to the preparation stage and are sent to the relevant fair.

Stock Status Control:
The stock status of the products you request in your rental transactions should be checked in advance. This is important to prevent the products you want from being missing or insufficient at the fairground.

Our company does not accept responsibility in case of changes or stock insufficiency after the order. All requests and changes must be reported on time and completely.

Television and Small Assemblies:
The assembly of electronic products such as televisions is among the last operations to be done. This situation may cause some changes in the delivery time. We thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Status:
In case of cancellation after the order is placed, the rental fee will be reflected to the contractor company. Order cancellation requests will be evaluated according to certain conditions.
